Salon Policy
There will be a $25 DEPOSIT REQUIRED upon booking your appointment.
If a customer is 10+minutes late to an appointment, client will be charged a late fee of $15. After 30+ minutes the client will need to reschedule.
If a client cancels within 25 hours before or the day of their appointment, client will be charged a fee of $25 and be required to pay a $50 deposit for their next appointment this also includes no call no show.
NO CHILDREN, PETS OR EXTRA PEOPLE unless they are getting a service due to limited seating.
Products and services are non-refundable.

Membership Policy
By subscribing to a Membership Plan you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- A credit card is required to enroll in a monthly salon membership and will be kept on file.
- Memberships are 12-month term contracts and will auto renew every month.
- Membership dues will be charged to your credit card on file on the first (1st) day of every month.
- Appointments at Cutie Pie Salon are made on a first come, first serve basis. You are responsible for scheduling your monthly salon service(s) in advance to ensure that you receive you preferred date, time, and service provider.
- Per our Cancellation Policy, please provide 24-hour notice of appointment cancellation to avoid being subject to a No-Show fee in addition to your monthly membership dues.
- Monthly memberships may not be used in combination with any other promotional offers or packages, discount coupons or gift certificates. No substitutes or refunds.
- To cancel your membership, you must contact the salon 30 days in advance and submit a cancellation request form.
- Cutie Pie Salon reserves the right to cancel any membership at any time.
- Cutie Pie Salon reserves the right to adjust membership pricing or membership services with a 30-day notice.
To change or cancel your membership plan, please contact the salon 30 days before your next payment.
